NETANYA, ISRAEL / ACCESSWIRE / March 23, 2023 / Revuze, a leading provider of consumer insights, announced today that it will participate in the upcoming US CXA 2023 competition. CXA (Customer Experience Awards) is an annual event that recognizes the best CX companies and initiatives in the U.S. market. Revuze, which won two awards last year, will compete in the CX Evolution category in the Best Digital Transformation and Best Innovation in CX sub-categories.
CXA's CX Evolution category recognizes organizations and practices keeping up with and shaping the CX future. The Best Digital Transformation award honors companies that have successfully performed digital transformation to deliver a better customer experience. The Best Innovation in CX award recognizes companies whose customer experience has demonstrated innovative qualities.
Revuze won two awards in the 2022 US CXA competition, including the Best Innovation in the CX category they are up for again this year. Additionally, Revue was recognized for Best Use of Technology, which highlights companies that make innovative use of new and existing technologies. Revuze's proprietary AI-based analytics platform uses natural language processing (NLP) to analyze customer feedback across different channels and provide actionable insights to businesses.
'Revuze offers the first advanced AI-powered consumer intelligence solution for eCommerce, transforming data into actionable insights to define winning brands,' said Boaz Grinvald, Co-founder and CEO of Revuze. 'The platform goes over every piece of data across the globe - from the U.S. to China - providing you with information on discussion trends, star rating drivers, and an SKU-level SWOT analysis in a click. It's comprehensive market research with minimal effort, under a single roof, and all in real-time.'
Revuze's innovative digital product, explains Grinvald, is a key tool to improving CX. 'You need to always listen to what customers tell you and react quickly. It's especially true in today's ever-changing dynamic world, where preferences and demands continuously shift,' Grinvald says.
The US CXA 2023 competition will be held virtually on May 11, 2023. Finalists will present to and answer questions from an expert judging panel. The winners of the competition will be announced during the event's live award ceremony on May 18, hosted by Ian Golding, CCXP, and awards chair Michelle Batt, CCXP.
