Steve Forcum joins SIPPIO as Director of Program Management, following a pivotal role in expanding Avaya's cloud business unit. In his new position, he will lead key partnerships to help carriers develop thriving markets with SIPPIO's Microsoft Operator Connect and Zoom Provider Exchange programs.
